Wild Things: How We Learn To Read And What Can Happen If We Don’t.

“I first met Heidi Gregory through the [Dyslexia Victoria Support] DVS Facebook site and she gave me invaluable advice and support for my neurodivergent son who was struggling in school. Later, Heidi was my first port of call when I started researching my book Wild Things, sharing so many of her contacts and resources with me. Heidi is a tireless advocate, having supported hundreds of parents, and I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without her wisdom and guidance over the years. I feel so lucky to have met her when I did."

“Heidi’s services are the culmination of her wealth of knowledge stemming from her professional experience in information management, her lived experience as a parent of two children with learning disabilities navigating the education system and her 9+ years running Dyslexia Victoria Support, the wildly popular and beloved Facebook page (with 11k followers) dedicated to providing evidence-supported information on the Science of Reading. Her support reflects her personality: warm, practical, inclusive, wickedly funny, experienced and wise. This is money well spent. I can’t recommend Heidi’s services more highly."

“Just some feedback about Heidi's binder workshop - DO IT!!!!

I had my daughter's student support meeting this afternoon - and the binder was fanastic. Her classroom teacher said she loved the binder - and the learning diversity person was either shocked or excited that when they were saying what documents they needed, I had every single item there (even ones I'd already provided the school!). I felt in control - and more importantly confident enough to say to them that it's not my job to teach my daughter to read, but I will do everything I can to support her. Heidi - Thank you so much, I never would have been able to advocate for my daughter to this level if I didn't do your binder work shop."
